The CBR650F is, like smaller cousin CBR250R, a bike that can be ridden in different ways. It is sporty, with good performance and praised handling to appeal to the racing fan inside you. It has a good riding position and the frame and suspension are not too hard for daily riding or long distance riding. The engine has been tuned for a multitude of roles with a wide torque band to help the rider explore the limits of the bike. The CBR650F is priced at 8499 US Dollars, which means that the Honda CBR650F India price can be approximate INR 5.07 Lakhs. The bike will be assembled in India via CKD kits, which means it should be priced around Rs. 8 Lakh, ex-showroom.
The CBR650F comes with a new 650cc four-cylinder DOHC engine that churns 87bhp of power at 11,000rpm and and churn maximum torque of 63Nm at 8,000rpm. The engine is combined with a six-speed gearbox with power transferred to the rear wheel via a chain drive. Honda claims that the engine is in particular tuned for low-to-mid range torque and the entire power band is suited for a wide range of riding styles. Like the other sports bike in the segment, the CBR650F gets digital speedometer, tachometer and other instrumentation like clock, trip meter and fuel gauge. It will have wide 120 and 180 section tyres at the front and rear respectively. It accelerates from 0-100 km/h time in under 4 seconds, while its top speed s rated at 225 km/h.

Some months earlier, Honda brought a unit of this bike to India for R&D purposes, which means that the Honda CBR650F India launch can happen anytime now.
