Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) is a subsidiary of the Honda of Japan for the production, marketing and export of passenger cars in India. In August, 2012, Honda bought out Usha International’s entire 3.16 percent stake for 1.8 billion in the joint venture. The company officially changed its name to Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) and became a 100% subsidiary of Honda. It operates development facilities at Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh and at Bhiwadi in Rajasthan. Launch of this car will take place in the mid of 2015 or it could be after that, there is no official announcement for the exact date of the Honda Jazz in the Market.
Honda Vezel – End of 2015
There are no actual details of the specification for the Honda Vezel 2015 but the petrol version of Honda Vezel might be powered by the 4-cylinder 1.5-litre SOHC enabled i-VTEC engine. As the i-VTEC engine has gone through a number of technical advancements in the past, Honda might fine tune the same in Vezel. Honda Accord Hybrid mated with a powerful 2.0-litre in-line 4-cylinder i-VTEC petrol engine, which is able to generate a power output of 141 at 6200 rpm with a peak torque of 165 Nm at 3500 rpm. It is organize with a 1.3-kWh lithium-ion battery and together they increase the power output to 196 bhp with a maximum torque of 307 Nm. Honda XC-1 concept – In 2016
Honda is providing both the Petrol and Diesel engines for this XC 1 concept car. It will be attached with a 1.5-litre iVTEC mill along with the option of a 1.5-litre i-DTEC engine, both of which are seen in the ongoing Honda City. The former has the feature to produce a power output of a decent 118 bhp with a maximum torque of 145 Nm, whereas, succeeding can deliver 98 bhp of power with 200 Nm of peak torque. These engines will be mated to a standard 5-speed manual gearbox.
The car is expected to have a price tag of INR 9 lakh – INR 14 lakh and will be providing a good competition to Toyota Innova.

Honda Civic Diesel – End of 2016
Talking about specifications Honda Civic Diesel Model, developed with new age 2.2L i-DTEC engine, defined as clean engine by Honda. This high capacity engine is almost similar to the one being used in Accord. This engine has capacity to churn power output of 138 hp and peak torque of 338 Nm.
Price tag given to this car is INR 15lacks to 17lacks approx. Launch will take place in the end of year 2016 which is not too far for this type and segment of car.
